Family Medicine Physician

This position is with a nonprofit community health organization dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple rural, but not isolated, communities.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary is $195,000+ (4 Days) / $243,750+ (5 Days)
• Extra Compensation for Additional Duties (sign-offs, supervision, projects, etc.)
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 – $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Responsibilities:

• 4 or 5-Day Work Weeks Available
• Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
• Flexibility for Alternate Schedules
• Outpatient care
• Peds On Call Rotation
• 16 – 22 Patients / Day
• 1 Hour for New Patient / 20 Minutes for Follow Ups
• Must See All Ages with approximately 40% Geriatric
• Half-Days Possible for Sign Offs and Supervising

Requirements:

• Current and Active Physician License in the State of Indiana
• Must be Board Certified (Family Medicine Preferred)
• Must be Comfortable Treating All Ages
• New Grads Welcome
