This is a remote position.

This is a remote position from Poland.

  • Collaborating with IT and business teams to redesign personal data management, data retention, and GDPR request fulfillment processes in the context of the bank's migration to a new core banking system.
  • Proposing blueprints and assumptions for the new process, including a new tool for personal data retention management and/or GDPR request handling.
  • Creating and updating operational procedures and process documentation.
  • Monitoring the compliance of IT processes with established standards and identifying areas for improvement.



Requirements

  • Experience in delivering GDPR / data privacy projects.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in process management and optimization (IT, business, or operational processes).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in process mapping and creating process documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to cooperate with diverse stakeholders and find compromises.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Polish proficiency at a minimum B2 level.​
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  • Familiarity with process automation concepts.
