UI/UX Designer
GTS .This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into effective design solutions that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to define and deliver effective design solutions
Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Design, develop, and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products
Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards to enhance usability and inclusivity
Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to stakeholders with clarity
Work efficiently in a fast-paced Agile environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Key Skills & Qualifications:
6â9 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Visual Design roles
Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and cross-team collaboration
Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user interfaces
Experience in creating, managing, and scaling design systems
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability principles is an added advantage
