Speech Language Pathologist (PRN, As Needed)

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of speech/language pathology.

Licensure/Certification: Indiana State licensure is required.  Membership to the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association is required.  Must be current in BLS/CPR.  Continuing education required by ASHA and State of Indiana must be obtained annually.

Experience: Experience preferred.

Mental/Physical Effort: Close attention to detail of procedures and technique is required at all times.  Ability to work unsupervised and capability for quick decision-making.  Requires moderate physical effort.  Requires normal (or corrected) vision and hearing.
