That’s Where You Come in as a Senior KSOP Plan Administration Consultant 


KSOP Consultants are responsible for all aspects of retirement plan administration for an assigned group of retirement plans.


Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Manage all aspects of administration for an assigned block of plans.
  • Consult with plan sponsors and advisors regarding plan related matters
  • Ability to read and interpret plan documents
  • Calculate employer contributions (including cross-tested contributions)
  • Perform all annual compliance testing 
  • Calculate and process refunds (including 415 refunds)
  • Complete Form 5500, Form 5500-SFs, and Form 5330.
  • Assist clients with the correction of operational issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of A-Z administration is required
  • Experience working “unbundled” with national daily recordkeeping platforms is required
  • Experience with ASC, Relius, Datair, or FT Williams is required.
  • Experience with Pension Pro is a plus, but not required   
  • ESOP/KSOP knowledge is required
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software quickly    
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, details oriented, motivated
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • QKA professional designation is desired or willingness to obtain
  • Must be able to provide and maintain a distraction-free work environment, a professional workspace, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $125,000. This range represents the anticipated pay for this role across multiple U.S. labor markets and is intended as a general guideline.


Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, relevant experience, work location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and current business considerations.
