Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, sound decision-making, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
